IMPORTANT NOTE: We ship direct from our production team in CHINA - International customers, please check with your local customs to be advised on any customs fee's that may be incurred upon delivery. Customs fees must be paid by the customer prior to receiving your order if applicable. 

Order Status
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. 

A 2-7 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment.

Pre-Order Items
A Pre-Order is the term used when an item is unavailable for immediate shipment because it is in production to be shipped at a later date. The estimated date of delivery is displayed on the product page and the product is clearly marked as a pre-order online. 

Order Changes & Cancellation
If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: 3-7 business days
Note* These times do not include our 1-3 day order processing time.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 5-16 days. (only available for USA and Australia. All other countries are shipped to via express)
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 5-9 business days to USA
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 9-16 business days to Australia

Tracking & Delivery
We will send out tracking information to the email address provided once the order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can go to our dedicated order tracking page to see the status of your order.

Once the package has been handed over for shipment, it immediately becomes the property of the customer. If there are any issues with a package during transportation or customs according to the tracking status, please contact the provided courier to help claim your package or resolve any issues. If this cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately.
Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by MMMI is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. MMMI will use its best endeavours to meet any estimate delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
MMMI It reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
MMMI does not deliver Orders to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If the Customer believes their nominated delivery address will be unattended at the time of delivery, we suggest nominating an address that the Customer knows will be attended during regular business hours. If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave the Goods in a secure location under their ATL (in which case the delivery will be deemed successful by the courier) or a card will be left with details as to where the Customer can collect the Goods. At this time the Goods will be deemed delivered (‘Successful Delivery’).
MMMI will not be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following the Delivery of a Good, including theft or damage if a Good is delivered to an unattended address. All risk in the Goods will remain with the Customer upon Delivery and MMMI will not offer a replacement Good or refund a Customer for any lost or damaged Goods.

Items can be returned within 14 days after the shipping company has confirmed delivery. If you wish to return an item for either a refund or exchange, please contact us and we will email you our returns form. All returns shipping charges lie at the customers expense. If an item has been received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us images of your damaged or incorrect item so we can assess. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item.

Items that we do not accept returns on:
- Items that appear to be worn
- Items that have been damaged or stained
- Lingerie or swimwear
- Styles purchased at final sale. A style is considered 'final sale' if it appears in the sale section and shows an individual marked down price or is purchased on sale with a coupon code discounting more than 15% off.
- Styles purchased on a holiday event such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday using a discount code. 

All of the above sales are final which means that any item purchased under the above conditions are ineligible for a refund OR exchange. Please choose carefully and check the product descriptions before purchasing. 

When returning items we suggest using a tracked service to provide safe delivery. Your order will be exchanged or refunded once our team have received the return and you will then be emailed with an update.
