CURRENCY
We process payments in US dollars (USD). You may choose different currencies to show product prices on our website but the payments willbe processed in US dollars. The prices you see on our website might also be different to what you are charged on your credit card account depending on currency exchange rates and fees your bank uses.
PAYMENT
We currently accept PayPal payments, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay & credit card payments through Shop Pay.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-Order is the term used when an item is unavailable for immediate shipment because it is in production to be shipped at a later date. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed when you hover over on desktop or tap on your phone on the the Pre-order button. All Pre-order products will have Pre-order buttons on the product page instead of ADD TO CART buttons.
DISTRIBUTION LOCATION
All orders are shipped directly from our China warehouse.
CANCELLATION
If you decide that you would like to cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once your order shipped.

DUTIES / SALES TAX
All prices on our website are inclusive of sales tax.

Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the buyer. For further information, please consult your local customs authority before placing orders.
CONFIRMATION
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. 
PRICE MATCHING
We reduce our prices periodically for sales purposes. If you make a purchase before the items are reduced or a discount code is offered we are not obliged to honour the newly reduced sale price for you or match our price to any other retailer who may sell our items.
SIZING
Product specific measurements are available on each individual listing. 
Size of the garment worn by the model along with her specific measurements are available on each individual listing.
Our sizing is all in international format ranging from XS-3XL.

The following sizes either contain large stretch or are meant to be an oversized / baggy fit therefore they fit all sizes mentioned comfortably.

OS / One Size items are made to fit most sizes. We have listed exact measurements on each listing for precise reference. 
Our shoes are all sizes in EU format.

SHIPPING
We ship all our products internationally to most countries. We have the right to periodically suspend shipments to countries due to law changes, shipping or customs difficulties or any other reason that MMMI finds suitable. If a country is not available to ship to, there will be no option to select that country at checkout. 
MMMI does not deliver Orders to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers. 
Provided the items in an order are not on pre-order, a 2-7 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment. Although most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. 
If the Customer believes their nominated delivery address will be unattended at the time of delivery, we suggest nominating an address that the Customer knows will be attended during regular business hours. If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave the Goods in a secure location under their ATL (in which case the delivery will be deemed successful by the courier) or a card will be left with details as to where the Customer can collect the Goods. At this time the Goods will be deemed delivered (‘Successful Delivery’).
MMMI will not be held responsible for any occurrence that may happen following the Delivery of Goods, including theft or damage if Goods are delivered to an unattended address. Allrisks in the Goods will remain with the Customer upon Delivery and MMMI will not offer replacement Goods or refund a Customer for any lost or damaged Goods.
As our warehouse is in China, shipping the package back as a result of failed collection from the courier by the customer may incur additional fees and taxes or will be destroyed if these fees are not paid. Hence, all such orders will not be ineligible for a refund / exchange. Please check with your local customs of any applicable customs duties or taxes before placing an order.
Once the package has been handed over for shipment, it immediately becomes the property of the customer. If there are any issues with a package during transportation or customs according to the tracking status, please contact the provided courier to help claim your package or resolve any issues. If this cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately.
Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by MMMI is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. MMMI will use its best endeavours to meet any estimated delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date. MMMI reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days after the shipping company has confirmed delivery. All returns shipping charges lie at the customers expense. If an item has been received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us images of your damaged or incorrect item so we can assess. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no restocking charges for returns. 
Items that we do not accept returns on:
- Items that appear to be worn
- Items that have been damaged or stained
- Lingerie or swimwear
- Styles purchased at final sale. A style is considered 'final sale' if it appears in the sale section and shows an individual marked down price or is purchased on sale with a coupon code discounting more than 15% off.
- Styles purchased on a holiday event such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday using a discount code. 
All of the above sales are final which means that any item purchased under the above conditions are ineligible for a refund OR exchange. Please choose carefully and check the product descriptions before purchasing. 
When returning items we suggest using a tracked service to provide safe delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure we receive your returned items safely. Your order will be exchanged or refunded once our team have received the return and you will then be emailed with an update of approval. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

The My Mum Made It pty ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by My Mum Made It pty ltd (“My Mum Made It pty ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to My Mum Made It pty ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of My Mum Made It pty ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with My Mum Made It pty ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to MYMUMMADEIT or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other My Mum Made It pty ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
