Please read all the information below carefully before starting your return. Once you've understood our returns policy please enter your order info below to start your return.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start your return. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE?

Items can be returned within 14 days after the shipping company has confirmed delivery

WHAT ITEMS ARE INELIGIBLE

a. Items that appear to be worn

b. Items that have been damaged or stained

c. Lingerie or swimwear

d. Styles purchased at final sale. A style is considered 'final sale' if it appears in the sale section and shows an individual marked down price or is purchased on sale with a coupon code discounting more than 15% off

e. Styles purchased on a holiday event such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday using a discount code

All of the above sales are final which means that any item purchased under the above conditions are ineligible for a refund. Please choose carefully and check the product descriptions before purchasing.

APPLICABLE RETURN FEES?

a. A $10 restocking fee applies to every item.

b. Shipping fee is not refundable unless you select store credit. For free shipping orders a $10 fee per item applies for refunds only.

c. Shipping protection fee is not refundable unless you select store credit or it's a defect

d. Payment processing fee is not refundable unless you select store credit or it's a defect

e. Prepaid customs clearance fees (Duties, taxes and other fees) are not refundable as they are paid to your local authorities

f. You must provide a tracking number for your return shipment. If you do not provide a tracking number, we will assume the return was never shipped.

g. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

h. If an item has been received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us images of your damaged or incorrect item so we can assess. If images are sent at a later date, we may not be able to refund you or replace the item.

When returning items we suggest using a tracked service to provide safe delivery. Your order will be exchanged or refunded once our team have received the return and you will then be emailed with an update.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your store credit will be available right away to shop! If you chose to get a refund it will be processed within 10 working days using your original method of payment.
