  • Measure around your natural waistline, typically the narrowest part of your torso, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.

  • Measure from the top edge of the waistband straight down to the hem.

  • Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.

  • Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the other.

  • Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep your arms down and ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
